Alex started his career in Ukraine as an electronics design engineer and has been fortunate to explore multiple industries and learn from many talented people he met on the way. He has been designing embedded systems for almost 20 years.

His passion is to learn about our world, the people around him and also himself. This need for learning has led him to become an engineer, travel the world and drives everything else in his life.

So far Alex has traveled two continents and several islands. Now he lives and works in Australia.

He likes reading, skiing, frisbee and writing firmware for his home monitoring system. He is also learning how to windsurf.

He is grateful to his beautiful wife and daughter for their love and support.
